Fish nuggets
Here is a recipe for homemade haddock fish nuggets, where you use a mixer/hand blender to create a smooth stuffing, inspired by methods for fish cakes. Serve with chili mayo and wedges, fries or mashed potato
Ingredients

600-800g cold haddock (skin and boneless)

1 ts salt

1/2 ts pepper

2 eggs
-
1 dl Maizena or potato flour

2 ss The Essence of the North (fish powder)

ca. 1 dl milk
-
3 dl Panko (Japanese breadcrumbs)
Method

Mix fish, egg, flour, milk and spices in a food processor until smooth.

Shape the the stuffing into cakes or sticks.

Turn the cakes in panko so that they are completely covered.

Place them in the air fryer, spray with a little oil and fry at approximately. 180-200°C for 10-12 minutes
